HALE helps agencies develop enlightened policies and practices on risk in health, social care and educational settings. We have developed training programmes for practitioners working in health, social care and the voluntary sector, aimed at providing staff, who work with vulnerable people, with the skills and knowledge required to assess and manage risk. The courses are based on research evidence about what works and have been delivered to local authority, health care and voluntary sector staff across the UK.
