Our experience includes extensive work with universities, government, statutory agencies, voluntary organisations, universities and community groups throughout Scotland. This work has included policy analysis; strategic development; project development and management; facilitation and consultancy; research and evaluation and training. This work has taken place all over Scotland, from the Borders to the Western Isles.
This experience has involved work alongside government agencies such as Health Scotland, the Scottish Government, the Mental Welfare Commission and numerous NHS bodies. The NGO and charitable sector organisations worked with include local and national agencies through out the whole of Scotland, and include representative bodies such the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations and local councils of voluntary service.
We have expertise in, and a track record of, work with the Voluntary Sector, including organisational development, business planning, fundraising, teambuilding and evaluations. This includes helping both national and local voluntary agencies with organisational development and organisational reviews, fundraising and income generation strategies, and facilitating with staff and board members. We have experience of working on behalf of bodies such as the Charities Aid Foundation and Lloyds TSB (Inspiring Scotland programme).
